The monthly fee is agreed in writing before work begins and does not change during the engagement period. Work outside that scope — for example correcting earlier periods handled by someone else — is quoted separately and only started once you have agreed to it.
Bank statements, invoices and expense records within a reasonable time each month. We cannot produce accurate books from incomplete records, and delays on your side may affect deadlines.
We provide monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations and preparation of year-end accounts. We are not a registered tax agent and do not act as one.
Your records and financial information are treated as confidential and are not shared outside our team without your instruction.
Either side may end it with 30 days' written notice. Your records remain yours and are handed over on request.
We are responsible for the accuracy of the work we perform on the records provided to us. We are not responsible for consequences arising from information that was withheld, incomplete or supplied late.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
